The wedding celebration will be hosted at Ryan’s family home: Big Hill Farm, Lake Tarawera. We have decided on a small ceremony with immediate family in the morning, followed by a celebration with friends and extended family starting from 4pm till late, and then a recovery brunch the following morning for everyone (kids included).

The address is located at 1064B Tarawera Road, please note that google maps doesn't take you to the driveway entrance, please use the pin here. Reception at the lake is limited so best to save the location before you leave town. The driveway has two forks, take the first right and second left.

For our overseas guests we will aim to provide accomodation at our own home and Jo’s holiday rental at the lake which she has kindly made available over this weekend.

Rotorua has a small airport with connections through Auckland, Wellington or Christchurch, from here you can also pickup a rental car, or alternatively land in Auckland and pickup a car which is about a 3hr drive to the lake. Please note there is no public transport in Tarawera, however we will be organising a bus to transport people to and from Rotorua town on the night.

We will be organising a bus to transport people to and from Rotorua town on the night, as well as guests staying in Tarawera. This will leave town (in Lynmore) at roughly 3:30pm, arrive at 4pm and depart again at midnight; dropping off in the same locations.

Parking at the house will be limited to the caterers. If you would like to drive we will provide parking near the farm sheds, roughly 100m from the house.

All the finer details will be confirmed via email closer to the wedding but feel free to get in touch If you have any questions in the meantime.

For the reception, we kindly ask to have adults only but welcome all ages the following morning around 11am for brunch by the pool (swim included, BYO towel, no manus).
